Shipping Policies and Delivery Information
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. Please place any International orders through the our Etsy Shop.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed through our website are usually processed and shipped in 2-3 business days, but can take a bit longer during the holiday rush.
We ship orders Monday-Friday using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail Services.
USPS Ground Advantage packages typically arrive in 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail shipping generally arrives in 2-3 business days, but is not a guaranteed service.
Keep in mind USPS delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Unfortunately postal delays are out of my control so please place your order well in advance if you need delivery by a specific date. especially during the holiday season.
How much will shipping cost?
Our Shipping Rates are subject to changes in USPS rates and packaging costs. Our current rates will be reflected at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
When your order is shipped, our system will automatically send you an email with tracking information. If you don’t see an email, please check your spam folder. If the internet ate your tracking information, don’t hesitate to contact us !
What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order doesn’t arrive in the usual time frame. Signing up for text or email updates on the USPS website seems to help find and move packages along in the USPS system. If your package won’t arrive in time for your needs, please contact us & we will work with you to replace or refund your order.
What if USPS tracking shows delivered but I didn’t get the package?
If USPS tracking shows your item was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please contact us & check with neighbors and local post office. Your route person will have more knowledge of where & if a package was delivered.
