Return, Exchange & Refund Information

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if there’s a problem with your order, please click contact us . We’re happy to work with you to exchange or return an order…or help track a package!

RETURNS

  • Our 14-day Return Policy, means you have a 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, like new condition and in original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • To start the return process , fill out your order information on our contact form here. We’ll send you an email with return instructions for your package.

  • Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

  • Because buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, refunds are for cost of the items only, as original shipping costs are non-refundable. Enclosing a copy of your receipt helps make sure we credit your account correctly.

  • When we receive your item, we’ll inspect the condition & update your return status. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product.

  • All returns will be refunded to your original credit card/payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
