Return, Refund & Exchange Policy Info

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite what you expected, let us know so we can work with you to make it right!

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

Every kit is packed with care, but if something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging,

  • Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

Once we review the details, we’ll work with you on a replacement, refund, or store credit

Because our kits are handcrafted and carefully prepared, we’re unable to replace or refund items reported after this timeframe or items that have been assembled or used.

RETURNS

Our 14-day Return Policy, means you have 14 days after your order has been delivered to request a return.

Your item must be in like new condition: Unused, unassembled and in original packaging to be eligible.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received an incorrect or damaged item

  • To start a return , fill out our contact form

    • Include your order number and email address

    • You’ll receive an email with return instructions for your package.

  • Items shipped back without a return request will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Because buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, refunds are for cost of the items only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Enclosing a copy of your receipt helps make sure we credit your account correctly.

When we receive your return item, we’ll inspect the condition & update your return status. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product.

All returns will be refunded to your original credit card/payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
